City of Doral Goes Digital
The City of Doral’s building department has integrated Digitized Plan Reviews. Historically, plans submitted were sent to each plan reviewer one at a time. This advanced technology allows the Department to send electronic copies to each reviewer simultaneously. The system will improve turnaround time for reviewing plans and processing permit applications. This new enhancement will require all CAD drawings to be submitted electronically starting February 1, 2007. This technology will integrate well with Ford Companies’ SharePoint feature coming soon to our website. SharePoint will allow Ford client’s to review and revise their projects more efficiently.
