With over 47 years of experience serving the counties of Broward, Miami-Dade, and Monroe, Mr. Armentero’s is not only a leader in his industry but also a well-known and respected member of the South Florida community.

Edwin J. Fernández, PSM

Survey Department Director

Mr. Edwin J. Fernández serves Ford, Armenteros and Manucy, Inc. as Survey Department Director and is well known and respected for his broad background in Land Planning, Surveying, Subdivision of Land and Legal Descriptions, Title Review, Land Use, Astronomic Observation, Mean High Water Studies, Platting Laws and Regulations and Boundary Location Platting, in both the private and public sectors.

Ricardo Rodríguez, PSM

Director of Land Platting

Mr. Ricardo Rodriguez is the Director of Land Platting at Ford, Armenteros & Fernandez, Inc. Mr. Rodriguez is responsible for administrating various tasks in the Surveying and Consulting departments, serving the Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe Counties.

Manuel J. Echezarreta, P.E.

President

Mr. Manuel Echezarreta as President of Ford Engineers, Inc., is responsible for the firm's design and construction administration of all site/civil projects including permitting, contract documents, site observations and feasibility studies.

Miguel A. Hernandez, P.E.

Senior Project Manager

Mr. Miguel Hernandez is Project Manager for Ford Engineers, Inc. Mr. Hernandez has over 20 years project management experience, in all aspects of site/civil engineering, in both the private and public sectors. He has extensive experience in the management, design, permitting and construction of water, sewer, paving and drainage systems for residential, commercial and industrial projects in South Florida; also he has an excellent relationship with the various regulatory agencies.

José González

Senior Project Manager

Mr. Jose Gonzalez is a Senior Project Manager with the firm and has over 30 years of experience in Civil Engineering, having directed projects in Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe Counties. He is involved with the projects from their inception through construction, including scoping out tasks, determining budgets, design, permitting and post design services. Mr. Gonzalez has worked on a wide array of projects such as Water and Sewer Utilities, Wastewater Treatment Plants, Sewage Pump Stations, site drainage Wells, and Due Diligence Studies as well as assistance with Zoning Hearings and Miami-Dade County DERM Environmental Quality Control Hearings.

Roberto A. Lage P.E.

Senior Project Manager

Creative, problem-solving civil engineer with a passion for design and many years of experience in national and international projects. Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate and liaise with owners, architects, other engineers, local and state government officials, contractors and subcontractors. Budget conscious individual who is able to meet project deadlines and maintain high levels of quality control from schematics to construction documents.
